Claire

Claire is an Australian who has made Vancouver her home for the last 16 months, As her visa's life draws to a close Claire is making her way across Canada in what will hopefully be a dining frenzy.

Elinor

Elinor is the unofficial correspondent for Montreal. An obsessive cookbook collector, she loves working with local, seasonal ingredients, experimenting with new recipes and cuisines, and tasting the best that Montreal has to offer.

Gretchen

Gretchen’s cooking style is largely influenced by her love of all things French. She produces rustic, unpretentious food and dreams of one day owning a B&B in the south of France. You can follow her on Twitter @gretchyt

Hans Peter Meyer

Hans Peter Meyer is the primary food and beverage correspondent for the mid-Island. His print posts have appeared in EAT Magazine (2004-2011) and locally in The Island Word (2010-current). Jen is a Vancouver communication designer that loves food but she cannot cook (well). She is Asian that loves Dim Sum and Ramen but will never ever touch a fish or sashimi. But she has a tongue and taste buds and she loves to eat, take pictures of the food and will tell you everything about it.

Lisa

Lisa is a foodie who recently became a vegetarian again and now looks longingly at bacon. Her goal is to find hidden gems in the food and booze world of Canada and then let you in on the secret.

Rami

Rami is a Vancouver filmmaker who loves sushi so much, he will eventually turn into a sushi roll. Don't look for him on Twitter or Facebook - social media's not his thing. Instead keep an eye out for a big camera and a hat.
